This is the fourth edition of Clinical Pharmacokinetics. The book is written for clinicians with experience in basic pharmacokinetic principles who will use the material to initiate dosing of the drugs covered in the various chapters and for monitoring the outcome of patients given these drugs. It can also be used to teach these skills to students.  It is not intended as a textbook for those interested in learning how to manipulate the pharmacokinetic formulae used in clinical pharmacokinetic monitoring.  This knowledge is assumed.
