Geocoding in the ESRI®
ArcGIS™ Desktop products— ArcInfo™, ArcEditor™, and ArcView®
enables you to create and manage address locators and use them to
find the location of an individual, or table of addresses. The
Geocoding results can be mapped and viewed directly or used to
analyze the distribution of addresses, intersections, or other
predominant features. Whether you are mapping crime locations or
